The Union régionale REMPART Pays de la Loire brings together five associations of young volunteers working on a variety of heritage projects. In this region, three heritage themes are particularly valued: castles, industrial heritage and local heritage.
Each association develops an original cultural project on its own site. They carry out historical research on ancient know-how, and offer exhibitions, publications, guided tours, heritage classes and introductory courses to the general public. The Union régionale provides guidance and support to all heritage associations in their restoration and enhancement projects.
