Founded in 1999, the association's aim is to promote a comprehensive cultural program based on knowledge and rehabilitation of the archaeological, historical and aesthetic heritage of Hungary's Puszta region, and in particular of the Pàlmonostora windmill site.
The association aims to restore the windmill, study the history of the mill and the life of the millers, develop Franco-Hungarian cultural and linguistic exchanges, and raise awareness among the local population of the value of its heritage and in particular of its windmill.
